Exchange policy

The most important thing for us is that you are completely satisfied with the purchase you made. If for any reason (other than the warranty) you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can exchange it within 30 calendar days, counting from the date you purchased the product.

To exercise the right to exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:

  • The garment must not have been used.
  • Have all the labels (We suggest that you try on the garments before removing them).
  • Be completely clean.
  • No traces of deodorant or makeup with chemicals that discolor or damage fabrics.
  • No traces of chemicals, bleach or perfumes.
  • Do not present discoloration.
  • The garment must not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
  • The shape of the garment must be perfect.
  • The print, appliqués or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.
  • Be in the same condition in which it was acquired.
  • You must present the gift certificate or indicate the buyer's ID number.
  • Items on sale cannot be exchanged, except for warranty.

For garment changes you must keep in mind that:

  • In no case will money be refunded for the exchange of clothing.
  • The cost of shipping the product is the responsibility of the customer (except for warranty)
  • The exchange must be made for a product of equal or greater value than the value paid for the product in the initial purchase. If the item for which you wish to exchange is of a higher value, you must pay the excess amount of the product.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE PURCHASED IN ONLINE STORE

  2. Please provide us with the reason for the change, contact telephone number, identification document number, email address and order number.

  3. Send the item(s) to our main office located in Bogotá / Calle 16 # 13 19 Office 706.

  4. There we will validate that the item(s) are in the conditions mentioned in our exchange policy. If these conditions are met, we will send a credit note to your email for the value of the initial purchase, which you can redeem in our online store www.nexojeans.co

  5. If the item does not meet the conditions mentioned in our exchange policy, we will return the item(s) to the address registered in the initial purchase.
